I hope your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition, however if the items are damaged in transit, or are faulty please contact me immediately so I can advise you what to do. Please retain the original packaging as you’ll need to return this with the jewellery.
How to return your jewellery
Please pack returned goods with care and send them by Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent courier/postal service, which provides adequate insurance to cover the value of the item and requires a signature on receipt. It is imperative that you use the correct postal service when returning pieces of jewellery, as I cannot be held responsible for any items returned that are lost in transit.

Faulty or incorrect jewellery
Before returning your items please email me with the following information.
Your order number
Photograph of the jewellery which is damaged
Or a photograph of the damaged packaging
On receiving the parcel I will carefully examine the returned goods (or take them for independent examination). If the goods are faulty, an incorrect item has been supplied, or they have been damaged in transit, I will replace the item or refund the cost, including postage, provided you notify me within 30 days from the date of purchase. For hygiene reasons I can only replace earrings that have not been worn.
Your right to cancel your order
You can return your unworn jewellery if you change your mind, provided you notify me within 14 days of receiving your jewellery. (This excludes items made or ordered specifically to your requirements). Items must be returned as new - unworn and in their original packaging - within a further 14 days. I am unable to accept returned jewellery which is not in perfect condition.
Over Christmas you have 30 days to notify me if you want to return a gift.
